Loyalty Program

Terms & Conditions

 

  • Applicant must register to be a member of the CPR & Health Specialists of the South (CHSS) Loyalty program through the self-initiated registration process at www.chssouth.com or via registration postcard during any CHSS classroom session.

  • Member agrees to be paid a FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) USD referral bonus for each person that enrolls for a CHSS course (webinar, blended, or classroom) using the applicants specific referral ID.

  • Student must use member’s referral ID during booking.  No other ID, including name, company, telephone number or any other identifying information may be used.

  • Referral ID must be entered during the booking process.  Referral credit will not be given after booking is completed.

  • Members will not receive referral bonus until the referred party completes the course registered for.

  • Members whose referred party cancels, or in any way requests a refund regardless of reason, will not be paid a referral bonus for that person.

  • Members are required to keep their personal information provided to CHSS up-to-date in all respects and at all times.

  • CHSS will in no way be responsible or liable for any fines, damages, penalties, or any other costs or liabilities resulting from Members failing to provide CHSS with up-to-date personal information.

  • Members agree to be paid via one of three options: PayPal, Cash App, or check via mail.

  • Members are required to keep their payment information provided to CHSS up-to-date at all times. 

  • CHSS and Member agrees that either party may discontinue participation in the Loyalty Program at any time, for any reason, and without prior notification to either party.

  • Members receiving in excess of SIX HUNDRED ($600.00) USD will be required to submit their Social Security Number and/or Tax ID before any further referral bonuses will be issued.
